Eduingo EDU51 Triple Base

Triple Base

EDU51

A base for three towers of modules side by side. Great for bigger projects where each part has its own place: controls, a display and maybe a relay.

Specifications

  • Three positions for module towers (1, 2 and 3 from the left)
  • The Mainboard sits under position 1, turned by 90°
  • All three towers share the same 15 Mainboard signals
  • Room for a bigger battery under the board
  • Uses: bigger projects where you want to see all modules at once

Pins

Triple Base adds no new pins. All modules in all three towers share the same 15 signals, so two modules must not use the same pin. The exception is the I2C bus (IO14 and IO15), which can be shared by several modules.

Example code

Try the example Combination safe right in your browser in Eduingo AI Lab. A rotary encoder, a display and a relay stand side by side on the Triple Base. Turn the encoder to set a number, press it to try the code, and if it is right, the relay unlocks the lock for 3 seconds. Try making a safe with two numbers in a row.
